An awareness seminar on consumer protection act and activities was organized by Shri H. N. Doshi arts and commerce college Wankaner during the NSS camp.

Five days camp was organized at Raja Vadla village for the college students. On the 2nd January 2016 the day was selected to create awareness about the Consumer awareness activity among the young students.

The management of the college had invited Grahak Suraksha academy for this occasion.  The president of GSA Shri  Balendrabhai   Vaghela accepted the invitation. GSA planned a session for this group. 

Considering the universal need of Green movement, the program was inaugurated with tree plantation in the compound of Rajavadla primary school.  GSA Presidnet Mr. Balendra Vaghela had delivered a lecture and  then a question answer session. Students were very much interested to know about the rights of consumers, on the completion of the session they got through knowledge of the consumer rights and procedure to complain under the consumer protection act. 

The college staff is very much enthusiastic and sincere  for increment of knowledge  of their students. Mr. Vora, Mr. Lavadiya, Mr. Chandarana and Mr. Dodiya and Minakshiben were very co operative and supportive to this students activity.
