I am an engineering student staying 25km away from Rajkot in collage hostel , I wanted to inform you about the problem we face due to others fault . In my mobile (F 103) the earphones were not working due to the SLOT problem , so I went to gionee care to solve it on 14-3-16 (GC 16300064950) for the (1st) time , they told me to take it after 1 week , so I went there (2nd) time on 21-3-16 ( GC 16300086849) . I was waiting to get the mobile but they told that you mobiles PCB is failed , I got shocked , bec all the other things were working properly ,so bec it was in warranty (purchase on 9-10-15) they told to change it & told to come after 1 week. Now I went there (3rd) time traveling 30km from college to rajkot after 1week on 29-3 they gave me the mobile , while checking it I found that my phone was Physically DAMAGED ,I told about this but they dident answer properly and told it's not our fault . So after reaching the hostel back ,founded that the SPEAKERS were not working , so again I went there next day (4th)time again travelled 30km from hostel , taking the complain. I reached there in the morning told about the problem still were not responding well then after spending 1hour they me to come after few hour they told me to come after few hours bec the people of Gionee cares went out , my hole day was spoiled. Again went back (5th)time at 3:30 pm still the phone was not repaired then I spend 2 hours there and then , I got the mobile at 5:50 & before I could check the mobile the (gionee care persons ) went closed the care at 6:00 pm & went before me and I dident got the chance to check the mobile properly & talk about it. Again after reaching to hostel I put the phone In charging and then I came to know that the charging was not happening in the mobile , even after 2 hours the battery was not gatting charged . I really got tired and then again went to the care for the (6th) time , again they took the mobile and told to come after few hours , again the day was spoiled it was afternoon and I went to the care (7th)time , Then I got the mobile this time I checked the whole mobile and told to come told to come after words we will repair the mobile , I came back empty They were just solving one problem and creating the otherone. Now this was the (8th)time I went to the gionee care on 4-4-16 & took the mobile after facing this much problem I again came to hostel and while operating on the same day I came to know that the SENSORS were not not working ,now my Exams were going on, so I went to the care after few days on 12-4-16 (GC 16400051187) for the (9th) time, I took the mobile again checked it and founded the SPEAKERS problem again they told me to come after 1 week & I again came back empty without my mobile. Now for the (10th) time I went there to take my mobile on 21/4/16 and still the mobile was in inspection and again told me to come after two days. so now even after suffering so much , going to gionee care 10 times (with the loss of lectures) and all , I didn't got any proper solution or answer and still I am not having my mobile ,even after suffering from last 1.5 months ,so now I am really tired doing all this things & now I have to go for the (11th)time to collect the mobile . I kindly request you to pay attentation on this topic and give a proper and a satisfactory solution about this matter by replacing the mobile or by cash back or any other means , waiting for your reply ,expecting that will soon Get the solution...
