Hello Sir, I Dhara Sejpal Booked Tickets from IRCTC e-Tickets System with User ID : - Pinakin83 (Whcih is My Cousin's Account) I had booked a ticket and cancelled a ticket of one passenger(Partial Cancellation) with details below : 1) Ticket cancellation Date :- 29th Feb'16 Journey Date:- 04-03-2016 Train No./Name: 19006 / SAURASHTRA MAIL From :- JAM To:- BST PNR No :- 8644708130 Transaction ID: 100000442922590 Date of Journey: 04-Mar-2016 Passenger Name :- Jayshree Sejpal I had booked a return ticket and had done partial cancellation with details below : 2) Cancel Ticket Details on 01-03-2016 Train No./Name: 19017 / SAU JANATA EXP PNR No :- 8244885446 From :- BDTS to PDH Transaction ID: 100000442922704 Date of Journey: 07-Mar-2016 Passenger Name :- Jayshree Sejpal Debited Account is Closed which is Union Bank of India so i want to change Refund in New Account. I already given New Account Details So many times as per their requirement like they want mail from Registered Mail Id which id :- This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. I called In Customer Care of IRCTC so many times they told me to refund in 45 days but still i don't get refund amount. I Complained more than 45 Days and it will take much time to Process and Not Satisfied with their Services. Please give me reply as soon as Possible and help me to refund my amount in new Account.
