SINCE 2 MONTH I CONTINUOUSLY COMPLAINING TO RESOLVE OUR PROBLEM. WE HAVE 4 Mbph PLAN BUT NEVER GOT THIS SPEED , AS WELL AS IF WHENEVER COME NOT FOR LONG WHILE. EVERY TIME WHEN I SPEAK WITH TIKONA CUSTOMER CARE THEY PROCEED WITH SAME LINK , THEIR WORLDS LIKE : " WE BOOKED YOUR COMPLAIN IT WILL RESOLVE IN 24 HOURS " WHAT... IT MEANS WE CAN'T WORK TILL THEN.. NO ONE TIKONA OFFICER GIVE GUARANTEE FOR RESOLVE EVEN NOT ALLOW US TO DIS-CONNECT. IF YOU WANT ANY PROF I CAN ABLE TO PROVIDE YOU CUSTOMER CARE RECORD FILES.
