I have bought LG TV in the year 2010. Model number is LG 42LE5500. This was TV I bought at ₹ 75,000 and now it is not working due to main card issue. Service Csnter people are good in providing response but company's policy is not good. As per company's rule, company has offered just ₹10,000 for ₹75,000 worth TV. It can be repaired if company has stocked 1 main card for this TV. I would like to know this is not fair service to customer.
