bought my phone Moto G(3rd generation) in October 2015. You gave me replacement warrenty of 1 month. But after that my phone is getting Restarted itself 3-4 times a day. I contacted Vadodara's service centre, they told me that you have Software problem we will fix it in 1 hour. Next day after Vadodara Service Centre visit my phone kept on restarting. After that i came to Rajkot where i kept my phone for service almost 10-15 days. At that time i was facing Touch problem also(Display related) they fix whole problem both restart and touch. But next day my phone kept on restarting so again i went to service center , where they just observed that this phone gets restarted or not. But it kept on restarting and last itwas its peak..my phone got restarted 7 times yesterday. On 7th or 8th June i called on 18002089898 so they told me that we have requested Motorola Company they will get back to you till 9th June 2.00 o'clock in Noon. But nobody called from Motorola or Flipkart. So whole this Flipkart has played with me like i am a Toy. Today i contacted on above mentioned number and they told me to email you. I have attached my Jobsheet's pdf file as I was instructed by your Flipkart employee. So, 2 Motorola Service Center have failed to solve my problems. I want replacement of my device otherwise i may go and register a complain towards Flipkart company. Hope for your favourable response. So here i am complaning that i get my phone's refund/replacement.
