Respected sir/ma'am, I (Nikhil Hirani. mobile no 8866667614 or 7819999975) user of lenovo mobile k3 note. i purchase it before 8 month ans i got fault it touch and display without any fault by me. so obviously it was company fault. here my mobile detail is available. mobile company: lenovo k3 note IMEI no: 868416024841578 purchased from online and i puchase from (lalit bhai) Even i give it to company's service station in rajkot gujarat near tagore road in ANIL SERVICES which is lenovo service centre. 25 july 2016 is a date on which i gave my mobile to service station and they said that u got it back in 8 day. after 8 day they said that it was not done because company not give parts and technical issue so i say ok, again after 3 day i call and they answer your mobile parts is not available. minimum 5/6 days take for repair. i said ok. And when i call today after 15 day they give same answer to me. what it was? i am coustomer or foolish? I said that if comapny is not provide you parts then its your fault you should tell me that your mobile got repair in 15 day i have no problem. But this stupid excauses is such a misbehave with me. Even they say in call that u can get your mobile back without repair. its is service???? shame on you. This type of rude behaviour i never accept from valuable brand like lenovo. I just now call to company's toll free number 180030007678 2 times and they just give another excauses. i want to complaint about it to LENOVO COMPANY but there is no complaint number they refuse to give customer complaint number. Now as a customer i felt many losses so i complaint to you and as well as CONSUMER FORUME of GUJARAT for my rights and mobile. and also i can claim for my losses to company as well. i hope i got immidiately got judge from company otherwise i got it from Gujarat high court.
