Respected sir/ma'am, I (Naimish Patel. mobile no 7201999954 or 8154045745) user of lenovo mobile k3 note. i purchase phone 21/12/2015 and i got fault it charging problam(not charging in on phone).so obviously it was company fault.here my mobile detail is available. mobile company: lenovo k3 note IMEI no: 869071023443899 purchased from poojara telecom pvt. ltd.company's service station in rajkot gujarat 29,silver chamber, tagore road, rajkot-360002 ph.0281-2460759,0281-2464702,9909997129.Anil tradelink pvt. ltd.08/09/2016 is a date on Which i gave my mobile to service station and they said that u got it back in 7 day. after 7 day they said that it was not done because company not give parts and technical issue, and they said that u got it back in 7 day, so i say ok, again after 3 day i called but they no received my call i minimam 30 calling lanline number but his not recevied and i going the sarvice center. and they answer your mobile parts is not available minimum 5/6 days take for repair. i said ok. And when i call after 10 day they give same answer to me. what it was? i am coustomer or foolish? I said that if comapny is not provide you parts then its your fault you should tell me that your mobile got repair in 15 day i have no problem. But this stupid excauses is such a misbehave with me. Even they say in call that u can get your mobile back without repair. its is service???? shame on you. This type of rude behaviour i never accept from valuable brand like lenovo.i want to complaint about it to LENOVO COMPANY but there is no complaint number they refuse to give customer complaint number. Now as a customer i felt many losses so i complaint to you and as well as CONSUMER FORUME of GUJARAT for my rights and mobile. and also i can claim for my losses to company as well. i hope i got immidiately got judge from company.i lost my many time and money. so please help.Thnak You.
