Respected sir/mam I PRATIK MONPARA HAD ORDERED THE ABOVE SAID PRODUCT (Nike Men's T-Lite XI SL Wolf Grey and White Running Shoes - 12 UK) on AMAZONE.IN on 31.05.2016 and the same had been delivered to me on 3.06.2016 (DETAIL OF INVOICE IS ATTACHED HEREWITH) and till date I have used the same for 3 to 4 times and the sole of the shoes is just damaged and separated from the shoes (IMAGES ARE ATTACHED HEREWITH). How such branded shoes can be having such defect in such short period of time. I also have doubt about the originality of the product. Though the shoes had been use for only 3-4 time (total 5-6 hrs), its sole has been damaged (in one of the shoes). Though I am the loyal customer and have chosen amazon.in platform many times for online shopping but this is the first time i am experiencing such pathetic problem due to pathetic quality of the product. FOR ANY DEFECT IN THE PRODUCT PURCHASE FROM AMAZON.IN , AMAZONE SHOULD TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE SAME BECAUSE I HAD PURCHASE THIS NIKE SHOES FROM AMAZONE.IN ONLY DUE TO ITS CUSTOMER ORIENTED SERVICE. THE SAME PRODUCT CAN ALSO BE PURCHASED FROM THE RETAIL PHYSICAL OUTLET IN CITY. BUT I BELIEVE IN THE SERVICE OF AMAZON.IN AND THAT IS WHY I HAD PURCHASE FROM AMAZONE.IN BECAUSE I KNOW THAT FOR ANY DEFECT/QUARRY, AMAZONE WILL SURELY SOLVE THESE. BUT IN THE ABOVE CASE OF DEFECT IN SHOES, WHEN HAVE MAILED TO AMAZONE.IN AND WHEN I HAD TALKED TO HIS CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE, I EVERY TIME GOT THE REPLY THAT I SHOULD CONTACT NIKE FOR SUCH QUARRY AMAZONE CAN NOT DO ANYTHING IN THIS MATTER WHICH SHOWS THAT AMAZONE WANTS TO GET AWAY FROM THE CASE AND WANT ME TO CONTACT THE "NIKE" DIRECTLY. REGARDING THE ABOVE SUBJECT MATTER AND IN THE REPLY NIKE HAD SAID ME THAT at Nike India THEY have www.myntra.com www.Koovs.com and www.jabong.com as our authorized online sellers in India and none of the other sites are authorized by Nike India Pvt Ltd. the claim for replacement of the product shall be made within 6 months from the date of its purchase in India (“Warranty Period”), from any of the Nike authorized retailers with a valid invoice/bill only. (COPY OF MAIL IS ATTACHED HEREWITH) ON 12 THE OF SEPTEMBER,2015 WHEN I HAD TALKED TO THE CUSTERCARE EXECUTIVE OF AMAZONE.IN, I HAVE INFORMED HIM ABOUT THE REPLY THAT I HAD RECEIVED FROM NIKE. SO HE TOLD ME THAT HE WILL SEND AN EMAIL TO THE SELLER REGRADING THE ABOVE SUBJECT MATTER AND ASKED ME TO WAIT TILL 15.09.2016. BUT WHEN I HAVE CONTACTED TO CUSTERCARE EXECUTIVE OF AMAZONE.IN ON 15.09.2016 AND EXPLAINED HER EVERYTHING ABOUT THE ABOVE MATTER SHE TOLD ME TO VISIT THE NIKE PHYSICAL OUTLET THOUGH I HAVE EXPLAINED HER THAT AS PER THE NIKE AMAZONE.IN IS NOT THE PLATFORM WHERE HE SOLD ITS AUTHORIZED PRODUCT SO HOW CAN I ASKED AT NIKE OUTLET REGARDING THE AVOBE PROBLEM BY SHOWING THE INVOIVE OF AMAZONE.IN?? BUT AGAIN CUSTERCARE EXECUTIVE OF AMAZONE NOT ASHOWING ANY INTERREST FOR SOLVING MY PROBLEM. THOUGH I HAVE ALREADY SENT THE AUTHORIZED E-MAIL COPY OF MAIL WHICH I HAD RECEIVED FROM NIKE TO AMAZON.IN IN WHICH IT IS CLEARLY MENTIONED THAT NIKE IS AUTHORIZED SELLER AT AMAZON,IN BUT TILL DATE I HAVE N OT RECEIVED ANY POSITIVE REPLY FROM AMAZON.IN. I HAD ALREADY TALKED WITH CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE OF AMAZON.IN BUT THAT LADY REFUSED TO HELP ME AND JUST CUT THE CALL.
