I bought two xiomi redmi note 3 silver 32 gb phone in which one is in a good condition and one is defective i applied the return request on 2nd of October bt they did nt bother to take any steps against it further they are repeating the same issue how the product is damaged from outside or inside packaging or anything else and they are taking 4 days 2 days and harassing me telling me to go to the service center bt itold them replace it as soon as possible and they are not particularly responsing in this matter...
