I have bought SYSKA insurance for mine mobile and on 22/9/16 I have raised complain with its registered office. They have asked me to fill up the form and upload necessary documents on their website, after doing the same they have asked me to send physical documents to pune office, which was also done and received by them on 01/10/16. Then they said now we will process your complain in few days, after writing them more than 5 times they said they will collect the handset on 24/10/16 but it was not done. I again called up customer care more than 20 times but they are not giving proper response and saying that it will be done within few days. It is already more than 45 days and I am unable to use mine handset resulting to buy another mobile. I need justice about the carelessness of such a big company and they have clear intensions not to process mine claim. I request you take into notice the same, I am ready to furnish all the proofs for which I have requested them to approve mine claim.
