Hello, I myself Pranay Soni from Rajkot, Gujarat. I want to register the complaint against Reliance Internet Service Company related to not get my refund back from last 4 months. Below is the details I had applied from Reliance Broadband Internet Connection for my residence on 9-7-2016. I contact Mr. Jignesh Chauhan who is one of representative to Reliance Company for Internet service in my city. He had send his employee to collect my details and payment related to internet plan. The employee name Kiran Rathod came to collect the details and money. At that time I had given Rs.1723 cash and selected Combo Plan of Internet. The technician came to install the connection after some days and at time of installation the Association of Appartment near by my appartment from where technician suppose to extend the and give me the connection at refused to extend the connection. As the Association of the Appartment has complained to Reliance Company to remove there Hub from there Appartment terace but the company was not giving proper reply to them so the Association has not given the permission to extend the connection. I contact to Mr. Jignesh Chauhan to cancelled the connection at the same day. He said he had cancelled my application and I will get refund within 40 to 60 days through cheque or draft direct to my home. I waited till 60 to 70 days days but not got my refund. I again contact Mr. Jignesh related to my refund status. He said I had send your request and get reply soon. From last 2 months he is always postponding me by saying I had consult with the higher authority and you will get refund soon. But not get any satisfactory reply from him. I contact the Customer Care of Reliance Broadband related to refund. The executive said that they don't see any refund related updated in there system it is may be under process. I had mailed near about 5 to 6 times in respose I always get the same content auto revert mail which is not send by any authroize person but a electronic auto responder mail from different representatives. I contact near about 15/20 times in last 1 months with customer care and Mr. Jignesh but not getting any response. In customer care always new executive pick the call and every one says I have forwarded the complained and you will get response soon and when I call next day the another executives says not complained was forwarded. Everyone are fooling the consumers. Company and there employees really donot care about the customer problems. They only have meaning with the money nothing else. Mr. Jignesh too always try to ignore me always says I will call you in few hours and give you the reply but never call me back. I always use to call him daily. He send me the transaction Id related to my connection process. I request you to please help me out to get my refund back. I m struggling from last 1.5 to 2 months for getting my refund. I even mailed to higher authority of the Company regarding this but I don't get any reply from them too. Below are my details and Contact numbers related to complained.
