I have asked GTPL to set up a broadband network for my father at home in Junagadh in Aug 2014. it worked for one month and then it stopped working. Registered complaints about it and they never came to visit neither they solved the issue. Finally i have applied for refund they said i will get cheque in 45 days. i have registered many complains with Nodal officer as well but even they are not solving or showing interest doing so. its been more than 1 year because i have initiated this refund process on 1st october 2014, could you please look into my matter. i have selected plan of 40 GB for 3 years and paid 3499/- and hardly used 4 Gb of it. my user id :jivabhaiodedra_jnd registered mobile no is : 78788 78738 which is also my password.
