Hi, I was using Tikona broadband service from Dec 2014 and was regularly paying all bills. But after few months I was facing the network issue and raised many complaints. Their representative came and check for the connectivity and they told me that due to congestion, they will not provide me the connectivity and asked me to disconnect it. So I have raised the request to disconnect my account and as per the request I received disconnection mail from tikona on 13th Oct 2015. After that also none their representative came to my home to collect the wires and modem and also they are continuously sending me the bills on every month. Sir, Tikona is a fraud company. They are harrasing me by calling every week and threatning me saying they will file case against me and forcing me to pay the bills. Just now I got a call from 7840099520, saying please collect a Notice from Police station. My Tikona User Id: 1111503024 This is really irritating!!!
