I went to Sony Authorized Service Center Named Dhavani Sales & Service, Tell. Number: 0281-2462078 & 18, Date of February 02, 2016 Address: 7, Laxmi Nagar, Trishul Chowk, Kailash Dairy Street, Nana Mava Road, Rajkot. I Contacted its Authorized Person of the Agency. I got Negative Reply that my cell phone is Not Repairable. I have my Bill; I got replied physical damage is not come under Warranty Period. So it will not Repair by us. After that, I requested agency I have to repair my cell phone of my Own Cost not in under warranty period. But agency replied the cell phone Xperia Z Ultra is not repairable. And I also called Sony Company Customer Care Number: 1800-103-7799. Company replied the same think the cell phone is not repairable.
