I had ordered dymatize super amino 345 caplets from shopclues.com I got my parcel delivered on 23rd february 2016 but it was a completely different product. I had ordered dymatize amino 345 caplets but instead I recieved dymatize liquid amino. I sent a request return on the same day of delivery and I was told to wait for 3 to 4 days by the customer executive. I called them 5 to 6 times from 23rd feb 2016 to 3rd march 2016 but nobody replied properly. I also messaged shopclues daily from my login account and from my email id but I got no answers. The customer executive also told me to send them the photos of the product which I recieved. I sent them photos and each and every information was given by me to them so that they can start the return request. I was told several times by the customer executives to wait for some days and the process will start soon. I waited for 12 to 13 days but nothing happened. At last on 4th march 2016 I got a message from shopclues stating that my return request was declined. I called them up again and they told me that it was declined by the merchant and now they can do nothing about it. First these people are sending the wrong products and when we want to return it back no one answers properly and at last they deny to take it back.
