Sir, I am Chaitanya Sharma, 26, r/o Junagadh. On 12/03/2016 saturday, I processed online recharge of my vodafone mobile number +91-99790-16042 of Rs. 100 (normal talktime) and other one of Rs. 649/- (3G internetrecharge for 28 days). Unfortunately my account got debited with total Rs. 749 but I only got recharge of Rs. 100/- and recharge of Rs. 649/- was not reflected in my number. Due to this my Rs. 100/- were expended in internet only. When I talked with customer care executive of vodafone, he informed me that this amount will be credited back within 7 days. Now my balance is -0.3 due to which I am unable to make any calls or surf my mails. 3 days have gone I am getting same replies all the time. Kindly help me..
