hello, I bought my first bike 'Honda Dream Neo" from your company dealer "Dharti Honda Rajkot " in may 2014.my one year experience is good with bike and your company but before completion of year in last free service i got some problem on my bike silencer and same was address, but not get any proper solution from them. So i called your customer services center and update them about this issue & put compliant on the same m unhappy to say that till date no solution. In October 2015, again face problem in bike , the issue was self start not working , side indicator not working , front lite not working so, visited your services center and informed on the same. Your technical staff checked and informed me their was battery issue + we have to change some other parts for that you have to pay. They change the parts and charge me but they did not change battery where its in under warranty , and inform me that if again problem occur we will change. After 15-20 days same issue face so again visited to your service center and request them kindly provide me permanent solution, if its due batery problem then pls change because its under warranty but they didn't do . On same mark several time complaint to your call center but not getting any permanent solution. Again in march 2016 m facing same problem, so visited to your SC and inform them so they directly told me its your battery issue and u have to relapse it by paying necessary charge. m not agree on that and meet senior person over their Mr. ramesh. They took my battery and said that we will check and update u what final we can do. M wonder previously when m asking if its battery problem then please change bcz its under warranty at that time they r denying now today they said its battery problem. Its show either technical staff dint have Depp knowledge to resolve customer grievances or they just providing temporary solution to customer till its warranty complete then they start charge and generate revenue. On same again i called your customer service toll free number and informed about this they take my complaint on priority and forwarded to your concern team. Same date i got call from Mr.kaml nayan (+918511182387) i think its area manger of my location. Over the call we discuses all this thing we spoke around hour then he told that his doing his work as per company process his doing his work very sincerely and so & so. also he informed me that we will check your battery and then send to exide company , exide might be approve or reject we will came to know in 4-5 days. He told me m like his brother if my battery approve he will very happy. Second day i called to customer care for thanx that i got call back, m shocked by hearing that my complaint status is close.this fellow reply to them that customer not liable any warranty as he completed 24 months and exide company rejected his battery.(over the phone he give me 4-5days time) It show how double stranded and cheater people (mr. kamal nayan ) in your company over the call they inform me something different and doing something else and updating something else to your department.From this i think u will understand senior level people r not interested to resolve customer grievance then what u expect from lower level staff in your company. Its biggest question on HONDA brand name that they providing third class product to customer and playing with customer life and dream.(in year many part are of bike need to be change not work properly ) Its biggest question on your technical staff they who dint have proper knowledge they r unable to identify root of problem or they want to increase sales by changing unnecessary parts related to problem. Its biggest question on after sales service your people dint want to give services to customer they just want customer always in trouble. Its biggest question on senior level staff like mr. kamal nayan who r double stranded and cheater person who r not complete their duty & over the call showing his sincerity. Its my request to kindly looking into matter and please resolve my problem ,please check my bike properly its problem of battery or something else please identify. Now i will not pay any charges because its due to your uneducated staff m suffering from last six month on same issue.
